Fantasy Basketball: DFS Line-Up for 4/21/23

Line-Up Breakdown: I like Jalen Brunson at home against the Cavs. Brunson has been good all season long from a fantasy standpoint and is poised for a big game against a Cavs team that is inconsistent on defense especially on the road. Brunson is a much cheaper play than his counterpart Donovan Mitchell. He is averaging 34.9 minutes per game which means he plays plenty and he gets plenty of looks offensively. Anthony Edwards at home against a Denver backcourt that struggles to defend is a no-brainer play. Edwards is a high volume scorer who gets plenty of looks from the outside but can also drive it to the hoop when need be. Caris Levert is a money play on the back end of my line up. He was an affordable, high scoring option. The Celtics have owned the Hawks thus far through the first two games in Boston. It looks like Boston is going to sweep. If the Celtics are going to end this series early, they are going to need Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum to play big. Tatum has been good on the road this season and I expect him to be spectacular in Atlanta against a front court that doesn’t defend well or match up. Karl Anthony Towns had a good but not great fantasy season by his standards. He needs to start shooting the ball better but at $7,500, he was too affordable an option not to draft. He is a great value tonight. I had to go cheap on the back end of my roster. I am banking on John Collins having a big night. If the Hawks have any soul and care, they will come to play tonight. All the focus will be on Trae Young but guys like Collins need to step up. I suspect he will have a big game and could eclipse 40 on the night. Grant Williams and Siddiq Bey are affordable back of the line up picks who could yield a decent return if they get the requisite touches.
