Fantasy Football: Week Four DFS

Week 4 NFL DFS Plays
Jared Goff is becoming a worthwhile fantasy play in weekly formats.
By Jared Leonard
Quarterbacks:
Tom Brady– The Pats defense is not good and Brady needs to put points on the board to get his team the W. I’m expecting 300+ passing yards and at least 2 TD’s.
Matt Ryan– He’s at home (Always dominant in Atlanta) and the Bills have not faced a good QB yet this year. Matty Ice will put up points.
Phil Rivers– I know, you’re probably wondering why I’m going back to him after last week’s terrible performance. The Eagles have a lot of key injuries on D and with Melvin Gordon banged up look for Rivers to throw the ball more and have a bounce back week.
Eli Manning– Beckham is back and looks healthy. The Giants can’t run the ball, so Eli needs to throw to keep the Giants in the game. The Bucs also have some big injuries on D.
Jared Goff– My sleeper QB this week. Cowboys secondary sucks and Goff is developing a rapport with Woods and Watkins. I like the opportunity for Goff this week.

Trevor Siemian– I hate putting him on here but he has played very well at home and has a favorable matchup against a bad Oakland secondary.

Running Backs: (Pay up here)
LeSean McCoy– Playing against the Falcons and they have been ripped up by running backs this season. He’s also the focal point of the Buffalo offense and if they want a shot at winning on Sunday, Shady needs to touch the ball a ton.
Ezekiel Elliot–  The Rams D has been giving up 139 rush yards per game. Zeke should have a good day, just need to watch out for Dak vulturing goal line scores from Zeke.
Todd Gurley– This guy has been awesome so far this year and the Dallas defense is not good. I think he will get a heavy work load this week.
Carlos Hyde– So underrated because of the team he plays for but this guy has been a top 5 RB in the NFL this year. His hip is a little sore but he is expected to play and the 49ers would be smart to get him the ball.
* Check Injury Situation, Hyde is a game time decision.
Joe Mixon– Bill Lazer knows he’s the best all around back in Cincy. Look for a similar role as last week, 20+ touches and at least 1 score this week.
Dalvin Cook– You can run on Detroit. Cook should get 20+ touches in this matchup at hime and put up over 100 total yards and possibly a score or 2.
Cheap Options
Jacquizz Rodgers
Jonathan Stewart
Chris Johnson
Jamaal Charles

Wide Receivers: (Mix Stud with value options)
Odell Beckham– He looks healthy and the Giants best chance offensively to win games. He will get 10+ targets and the Tampa Bay D is giving up almost 330 yards per game in the air.
Brandin Cooks– Brady is getting comfortable with him and always has big play potential. Just be careful, you never know from week to week which Patriot player is going to have a big week.
Keenan Allen– The Eagles have a lot of key injuries on D and with Melvin Gordon banged up, they will throw the ball. Allen will have a bounce back week.
DeAndre Hopkins– Tennessee has given up 825 yards passing in 3 games. Watson loves looking Hopkins’ way, he has 37 targets through 3 games. I’m expecting 8+ catches, over 100 yards and a TD this week.
Golden Tate– Don’t be afraid of Rhodes, he’ll be on Jones Jr. most of the game. With Tate moving all over the field and playing out of the slot, he will get open.

Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods– One is reasonably priced and the other is really cheap, Dallas’ D isn’t good and Goff is my sleeper QB this week. I think these 2 are finally fitting into this offense.
Chris Hogan and Danny Amandola– Again, one is reasonably priced and the other is really cheap. I’m expecting a huge passing day from Brady and the Patriots offense.
Sterling Shepard– He is the 2nd best option on that Giants offense. Tampa’s D is terrible against the pass and Shepard should get his share of targets. I’m expecting another strong performance from Shepard.
Mohamed Sanu– He has 21 targets through 3 weeks and is a cheaper option at WR, no reason why he can’t get you double digit points.

Tight Ends: (Going cheap at TE will help the rest of your lineup)
Rob Gronkowski– He’s the best TE in the NFL and has Brady throwing to him, Pats offense will put up points this week.
Zach Ertz– He has 28 targets through 3 games and is the most consistent player on the Philly offense.
Cameron Brate– The Giants are awful against the TE, I’m expecting a solid day from Brate.
Jared Cook– Denver D is week up the middle and Cook should benefit from Carr staying away from those top Corners on the outside.
Tyler Kroft– He will see most of the snaps on offense for Cinci and is so cheap, it will give cap space to pay up else where.

Defense:
Jacksonville– Great defense and facing the Jets.
Cincinnati– Great matchup against Cleveland.
Baltimore– Steelers are terrible on the road and the Ravens are going to play with a chip on their shoulder after last weeks embarrassment.
